IMPORTANT DATES

REMINDERS

Juniors will be dismissed at 1:00pm after Practice PSAE Day 1 testing on Thursday, February 28^th. Juniors will have the option of eating lunch after they are finished testing and can then go straight home.
On Thursday, 2/28 seniors should report to their scheduled mentor meeting or college visit. No regular classes.
Seniors will not have school on Friday, March 1^st, but detention must still be served.
Freshmen, sophomores, and juniors will be taking the third quarterly Interim assessment on Friday, March 1^st. Attendance is mandatory! Students who are absent will be required to make up the test on a date and time determined by the school. All students will be dismissed at 1pm.
Night School Parents: Please be reminded that students in 9^th and 10^th grade math or literature are allowed ONLY two absences. 11^th and 12^th grade math and literature students are allowed only ONE absence. If a student exceeds this number, he or she will not receive credit for the course and parents will not be refunded.
Sophomore parents are reminded that 10^th graders are required to have .5 enrichment by the end of sophomore year. If they do not, they will be required to pay for and complete a summer enrichment course.
Spring Break (no school for students) is March 29^th – April 7^th. Students return on April 8^th.
Senior graduation will be Thursday June 6^th, 2013. Please contact Ms. Kelly or Ms. Espinoza at 773-394-2848.
The policy of the Noble Network of Charter Schools states that in order for seniors to participate in senior activities, all school fees must be paid. Seniors whose fees are not fully paid will not be permitted to participate in the senior activities including the graduation ceremony. Parents who have questions about the school fees can contact Mrs. Mendoza at 773.394.2848 ext. 2005.
Please remember to keep this important information at home by signing the bottom and cutting it off for your student to turn in to his/her advisor.

DISCIPLINE REMINDERS AND DETENTION TIMES

In order to comply with Noble Network guidelines, detention will be three hours in length starting Friday, February 1. Detention will now be from 1:45-4:45, and until 5:30 for students who earn LaSalle.
Because of early dismissal on Friday, March 1^st, detention will begin at 1:15pm.

Recordatorios:

Los del tercer año saldrán a las 1:00 después de la práctica PSAE día 1 prueba el jueves, 28 de febrero. Los estudiantes del tercer año tendrán la opción de comer el almuerzo después de que se terminaron los exámenes y puede entonces ir directamente a su casa.
El jueves, 2/28 los estudiantes del cuarto año deben reportar a su visita con los mentores o visita de colegio.No hay clases regulares.
Cuarto año no tendrán escuela el viernes, 1 de marzo, pero detención todavía debe ser servida.
Primer, segundo y tercer año van a tomar la tercera evaluación provisional trimestral el viernes, 1 de marzo. Asistencia es obligatoria! Los estudiantes que falten deben hacer la prueba en una fecha y hora determinada por la escuela. Todos los estudiantes saldrán de clases a 1p.m
Los padres de la escuela nocturna: por favor recuerde que los estudiantes en matemáticas de grado 9 y 10 o literatura se permiten sólo dos ausencias. Los estudiantes de matemáticas y literatura grado 11 y 12 se permiten solamente una ausencia. Si un estudiante supera este número, él o ella no recibirá crédito por el curso y los padres no serán rembolsados.
Los padres de segundo año se le recuerdan que está obligado al estúdiate a tener.5 enriquecimiento al final del segundo año. Si no lo hacen, ellos deberán pagar y completar un curso de enriquecimiento en el verano.
Vacaciones de primavera (no hay clases para los estudiantes) el 29 de marzo al 7 de abril. Los estudiantes regresan el 8 de abril.
Graduación de cuarto año será jueves, 06 de junio de 2013. Póngase en contacto con la Sra. Kelly o Sra. Espinoza al 773-394-2848
La póliza de las escuelas Chárter de Noble afirma que en el cuarto año para participar en las actividades de último año, deben pagar todos los honorarios de la escuela. Si no son totalmente pagados no podrán participar en las actividades incluyendo la ceremonia de graduación. Los padres que tengan preguntas sobre las cuotas pueden comunicarse con la Sra. Mendoza al 773.394.2848 ext. 2005
Recuerde mantener esta importante información en casa, firmando el fondo y cortar para que su hijo/a pueda entregárselo a su maestro.

Recordatorios de disciplina

Debido que los estudiantes van a salir temprano el viernes, 1 de marzo, detención comenzará a las 1:15p.m
